3. Shipping

3.1. We deliver within the UK only.
3.2. Shipping options:

• Yodel – £4.99
• InPost – £4.49
• Royal Mail – £6.29
  3.3. Free shipping on orders over £99.
  3.4. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  3.5. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

4. Returns & Complaints

4.1. Under UK consumer law, you can cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your package, without giving a reason.
4.2. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetics or perfumes.
4.3. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
4.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods, wrong item).
